PHWin1 Terms and Conditions –
Know Your Rights Before You Play

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on PHWin1. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering at PHWin1, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• PHWin1 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify PHWin1 immediately at support@phwin1.best if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing with any other person is not permitted.

PHWin1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit amount at PHWin1 is ₱500. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. PHWin1 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals at PHWin1 are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• PHWin1 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual transfer times depend on your payment provider.
• PHWin1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

PHWin1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated alongside each individual offer. General rules that apply to all PHWin1 bonuses include:

• Free spins winnings are typically subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

PHWin1 offers casino games and sports betting markets. By participating in any game or market on the platform, you agree to the applicable game rules as displayed within each game or on the relevant betting page.

All casino game outcomes at PHWin1 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are independently verified for fairness. Sports betting odds are set by PHWin1's trading team and reflect real-world market conditions at the time of posting.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by PHWin1, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• PHWin1 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an error in pricing has occurred.
• If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within a reasonable timeframe, PHWin1 will void all affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market, as displayed within the platform.
• PHWin1 reserves the right to limit betting activity on any account at its sole discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHWin1 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with PHWin1.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged non-public information in sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker.
• Laundering money or using PHWin1 for any illegal financial transaction.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reverse payment attempts after funds have been wagered.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software bugs for financial gain.
• Providing false or misleading information to PHWin1 support staff or during account verification.
• Harassment or abusive behavior directed at other players or PHWin1 staff.

PHWin1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering on PHWin1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any PHWin1 content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of PHWin1's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHWin1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to system errors caused by your own device or internet connection.
• Interruptions in service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Actions of third-party payment providers including processing delays.
• Decisions made by you based on information found on the PHWin1 platform that is later found to be inaccurate.

PHWin1's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your PHWin1 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHWin1 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or criminal activity detected on your account.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification.
• Account found to belong to a player under the age of 18.
• Your registration to a self-exclusion program that covers PHWin1.

In cases of termination due to fraud or Terms breach, PHWin1 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and legal review.
